The STEPHAN Microcut Machines are compact and easy to use. The unique Microcut principle and the circulation unit allows mixing, fine cutting and emulsifying processes in one machine. The Microcut MC(H) machines with one cutting set are designed for small and medium throughput capacities and require a small floor space in the factory. They handle almost all the tasks involved in the production of sauces, mayonnaise, dips, dressings, liquid dough and similar fine and smooth products in the food industry. It’s only one step to get a smooth and fine product. Start with water or oil in the round funnel and press the start button. Then give step by step all other ingredients to the funnel. If you need more power you can increase the speed from standard to double speed. The product runs itself through the cutting system and via circulation unit back to the hopper. In a very short time it becomes mixed, fine cut and emulsified. Discharge the ready product by opening the exit valve. Nothing else to control, nothing else to adjust, really easy!
